I dont know any university with the name ipu , however I can talk about LPU. LPU doesnt have management quota. You have to fullfill the eligibility criteria in order to take admission in any of the course.

Before searching for any University, You should compare universities on various parameters like academics, Industrial exposure, placements, infrastructure, On-Campus Facilities & Amenities, Student Activities etc. So, choose the program and the University to join very wisely.

LPU has AA+ Infrastructure including shopping malls, refreshment centers, the Largest Private University Accommodation in the world, 13000 + CC cameras, indoor transportation system, University Management System, etc.

The fee for management quota can be predicted by none but the college itself. The fees varies from  college to college and subject to subject. But, to to specify an amount it would be around 12-15 Lacs, to get the exact fee you should contact the college directly.
