I am assuming that you are asking about courses available for Art's field in  DU fortunately DU offers itatian by filling basic eligibility criteria u can get admission like 

• Class 12 with commerce, arts or science stream
• Admission on the basis of merit/ cut-offs
• Candidates who have studied Italian in class 12 will be awarded additional points
