Both the listed colleges are one among the top ranked private engineering college across the country the only main difference is one is private sector and other one is from public sector. Eventhough the fee structure is also somewhat same.
It is very difficult to compare between both these because there is only a minute difference in between them. So among both of these wherever you are getting your preffered stream. Just go for it !!!
