I believe USICT, which is under GGSIPU, Delhi is a better and older technical state institute, having good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities. GGSIPU has an excellent outlook among employers and companies like Amazon, Microsoft, PayTM, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS are regular recruiters for CSE Students. Secondly, GGSIPU has an excellent structured and student friendly curriculum at par with IITs and NITs.

Both the Bharati Vidhyapeeth College of  Engineering and the University School of Information, Communication and Technology are similarly rated in terms of Academics and ease of Education.

The placements are also decent in both the institutes.

However, USICT offers an integrated B.Tech + M.Tech. course which can prove very convenient as you do not have to go through the hassle of answering an entrance exam again for M.Tech. after finishing your UG.

As per ranking and reviews about both the institutes, USICT Delhi is better than BVP Delhi.

The college infrastructure is well maintained. The faculty here is highly experienced and is known for the cse branch. It is considered as one of the oldest college in Delhi. Placements are extremely good.
