GQ is a government Quota and MQ is a Management Quota. If a student is from Government quota, Candidate doesn't have to pay normal fees, He/she have to pay less fees only reasonable amount which is fixed by the government remaining amount will pay by the government but in management quota you should have to pay full fees.
