The only way to get into exams is through jee mains scores which should be minimum marks for entry if you are general then you need at least 160/360for lowest branch and 300 above for cse etc branches.



if you are obc then 130/360 is sufficient for Lowest branch bt if you want a much better branch you need atleast 250 marks .



if you are an sc/st then minimum marks you need 70 marks in minimum to get a decent branch in bit mesra.



if you are an NRI then you will have submit more fee than normally required you will get NRI qota and the fee would most probably be double .



then there is management qota too.



But mostly percentage of people is of those coming in through jee competiton.
