According to Telangana Board news this year, 12th Standard IPE mark has no weightage for TS EAMCET Rank. As you have secured 58 marks, Based on previous year cut off TS EAMCET rank report, your rank would be in between 40000 -50000, But it varies year wise based on number of applicants. There will be slight difference in the rank even if IPE marks are not added.  As you belong to BC- D category there is no special rank awarded to them, So whatever the rank is declared, those are State level ranks. Category benefits comes while getting admission in college during counselling where every college has seats reserved for Minor categories (SC/ST/BC).
