Until 2019, AIIMS MBBS was the entrance examination for admission to MBBS Courses across all AIIMS Branches. In 2019, 98.74 percentile was the cut off for OBC-NCL. Now from 2020, admission to AIIMS will be conducted through All India Counselling through NEET. And there is a difference between scoring pattern of AIIMS MBBS  and NEET. AIIMS MBBS is conducted for 200 marks and the results are announced in the form of percentiles whereas NEET is conducted for 720 marks and the results are announced in the form of marks. But if we have to loosely translate 98.74 percentile to marks, it is around 650-700. So that is the marks that you need to score for a seat in AIIMS New Delhi under OBC Category. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
