Open House or spot round is a special round conducted by IPU done in order to fill in the empty seats, it is done o the main campus. As you missed to submit Rs40000 you should go for this round, the details would be notified on the website : https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=92.

Keep checking the website daily especially after the sliding round since it is done after sliding round.
