Hi,

Well I would like to tell you that all the College under private bodies or private colleges allow students from all around India to participate in medical counseling, almost. State quota counseling is beneficial because if allows a student to get benefits of state government medical and dental colleges as only state domicile student can take admission in government medical and dental colleges through state quota counseling.

And yes you can take part in counseling of private medical.colleges of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

I hope my answer helps.

All the best.
