• For admission into any UG programmes of Panjab University 2019 admission, candidates must have appeared or passed the 10 + 2 exam under the CBSE board or any equivalent exam under a recognized council/board/university. The minimum percentages to be scored in the qualifying exams will vary as per courses.

You have to apply for B.Com course on the official website of Panjab University. No, you do not have to fill forms of different colleges. The admission is centralised and will be based on your preference of colleges. You have to wait for cutoff lists and admission rounds and freeze your seat once you get your desired college.
