The average pakage of M. Tech from IIRS  is not too much but satisfactory. The placements are average. However to pursue pg course from the college is not gonna be bad decision. You can surely take admission in IIRS Dehradun. It also has a good infrastructure.

iirs stands for indian institute of remote sensing, it itself handles many projects of isro, drdo, ntor etc. but placement in corporate world is really less. most of the students gone for phd and research work after passing mtech. if job is the main concern for you after m.tech than this institute is not suitable for you.
