As per your concer the rank of nit rourkela id distinguished in two like for home state is different and for other state means you belongs to other state is different so for home state according last year the cutoff  was(3876) and for other state was (1712) .. as you will get admission in 2019 so its all depends on jee paper .so BEST OF LUCK FOR YOUR EXAM AND FUTURE
