Dear Disha, there is not any specific course in DU that provides you Btech degree on the basis of JEE mains. Many people don't know the exact answer and may give you wrong answer. Earlier DTU and NSUT(previously NSIT) used to give University of Delhi's B.Tech Degree but now they are both state Universities. I am also student of NSUT. Mine will be the last batch which will get degree from DU. From this year onwards students getting admission in this college will be provided with degree of NSUT.

Apart from all this. DU has a centre that provides B.Tech course. Cluster Innovation Centre is a part of University Of Delhi and its located in North Campus. It provides B.Tech Degree in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations. Admission to this course is by entrance exam conducted by the University.
