The paramediacl courses offered by AIIMs are:

B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Technology in Radiography which is a three years course and
Bachelor of Optometry which is a four years course.

Now, to qualify you need to get atleast 50% marks if you are from general category but AIIMS does not release any official cutoff or even the score list, they just release the registration number of the candidates who had qualified the exam hence that information is not available.
