What is the cutoff of ms ramiah medical college according to 2019 for out of karnataka students for private seats whose fees is around 6 lakhs I guess? please correct me if I am wrong, it would be helpful if you can describe fees procedure and cutoff accordingly.

In NEET 2019, 457 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a government quota mbbs seat in M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore under karnataka state quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
