Hello Hari,

                   Declaration form is for the students who have completed their 10+2 in any of these syllabus CBSE,ISC etc.The students need to fill the declaration form to get their eamcet rank.

                    In the declaration form,you will be asked to fill your details along with your board exam marks so that your EAMCET rank is calculated.After filling this form you need  atto submit it at the EAMCET head office mentioned.

                      In the CGPA column,you should write the total marks obtained in your MPC subjects.
