Hello aspirant !

EIE- Electronics and instrumentaion engineering primarily focussing on the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems less preferred compared to other courses. So, there is less competition in this course.

IST-information science and technology  concerns a large field of knowledge and know-how Multimedia processing , Communication through voice, sound and images, Huge data base access.

Yes, you can join Andhra university in IST course as it include three engineering departments of  Telecommunication Department (TC), Computer Sciences and Engineering Department (IF), Electrical Engineering Department (GE).

Hope this information helps you.
