In Guru Gobind Indraprastha University (IPU) eligibility criteria for Architecture (B.Arch.) is

Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with Maths as compulsory subject with 50% aggregate marks.
Candidates must have cleared National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and scored atleast 40% marks.
This is the admission criteria for b. Arch in IPU
NATA will be conducted on 7 July, 2019

You can try other colleges which gives admission based on JEE main paper 2:

Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur
Maulana Azad Institute of Technology, Bhopal
Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur
School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi
