Hi! The total fees for BDS in Banaras Hindu University is 13410 RS. This includes Student Welfare fund, tuition fees, library fees, campus utility fee. enrollment fee, admission fee, degree charges etc.
As per for a bond, you don't need to pay that, but if you are planning to leave an alloted seat after a year, then you are to pay the fees for the entire course.
