In Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Aurangabad, the total fees for Btech in Computer Science and engineering is Rs. 6.33 lakhs for four year duration. It has a total of 180 seats in this branch and accept jee mains and mht cet score.

While in PES University, the total fees is Rs. 13.6 lakh  for four years in computer science btech. Here the students are accepted on the basis of either KCET or Pessat score.
