MBBS is not a professional course that needs placements as is the case of other professional courses like BE/B.Tech/CA/CS, etc. The opportunities are briad and you can start from setting up your own clinic or work in an already established super speciality or a multi speciality hospital. So no Medical College offers any placements. Once you complete your MBBS along with the mandatory 1 year internship, you are a licensed Doctor who can start working right away. The salary depends on the setting that you work for.
