Cutoff varies for different categories and branches. As you haven't mentioned any particular branch or category , so under general category , the cutoff for different branches will be somewhat like-

Civil - upto 200

Electrical- upto 350

Mech , E&C - upto 600

CS - upto 800

 In the first round of counseling, mostly people had less than 400 Rank.

Civil was having the lowest cutoff.
The last intake in first round wae probably Rank 103 or something
