Hello there,
For getting admission in the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs, you need to score atleast 98 percentile to get the top branches, especially in NIT. Thisis for the general category. For the reserved categories, you need to score around 95-98 percentile to get the top branches.

You can check the cut-off ranks of all the NITs from the link given below:

You can check the cut-off rank of all the IIITs from the link given below:

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, see honestly one cannot estimate Or predict the minimum rank Or percentile to get into NITs Or IIITs Or even GFTIs, as also you didn't mentioned your required branch which you are going for. As minimum percentile in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs is around 70k to 1lakh, as according to this range as low you have your rank, as low you you have your versatility to choose your branch.

See honestly as per general category if your rank or percentile is around 20k to 30k then you can expect some better branches along with better NITs.

As per OBC category if your rank is around 30k to 40k then you can expect better branches.

As per ST or SC category if your rank is around 30k to 50k then you can expect better Nits, IIITs Or GFTIs also you can choose your branches accordingly.
