You have not mentioned any courses so I will give you the cut-off rank for EWS (female) for IIT Bombay in all the courses. I am assuming this query concerns Btech ie undergraduate courses. Kindly correct me in the comments if that is not the case.

It is difficult to predict minimum cut-off let alone minimum score. Scores will change every year in a competitive exam. Therefore, rank cut-offs are better for following trends. however, even they change every year should generally be taken only for getting a basic idea.
