The Sikkim Manipal university has the following fee structure for MBBS course for General (GEN), North-East (NE), Defense Category:-

Course Duration for MBBS 4.5 Yrs

1st year fee is 15,23,000 + Caution deposit:- Rs 10,000 + Registration:- Rs 10,000. Thus Annual Lump sum is Rs 15,43,000.

1st year:-  1st and 2nd instalments are Rs 8,02,400/- each. From 2nd year onwards:- Instalments are Rs 7,92,400/- each.

The annual hostel and mess charges are Rs 58,000 and Rs 88,000 respectively.
