Merit Cum Means (EWS) Scholarships

Special Concession for BTech courses (Except CSE) and other courses as per merit

Applicable to the economically weak students based upon the Annual Income of parent (s) less than Rs. 8 Lakh (subject to recommendation by the institutional scholarship committee on case-to-case basis along with verification of requisite documents.

UG Scholarships: Applicable for UG courses (BSc, BBA, BCA)

15% concession on Course fee

Aggregate of class XII marks more than 80%. 

10% concession on Course fee

Aggregate of class XII marks more than 75% up to 80%.

PG scholarships: Applicable for PG courses (MTech, MBA, MCA, MSc)

20% concession on course fee

Percentage of marks in qualifying exam more than 75% or 7.5 CGPA.

10% concession on course fee

Percentage of marks in qualifying exam in-between 65% up to 75% or 6.5 up to 7.5 CGPA.

This scholarship is for  BTech candidates having an average PCM (Physics, Chemistry &  Mathematics) percentage of 90 and above.

This scholarship is for BTech candidates having an average PCM (Physics, Chemistry &  Mathematics) percentage between 85 and 90.

10% concession on Course fee 

This scholarship is for BTech candidates having an average PCM (Physics, Chemistry &  Mathematics) percentage between 80 and 85.

20% concession on Course fee 

This scholarship is for BTech candidates of Nepal and Bhutan.

75% concession in tuition fee

These scholarships are given to students sponsored by Govt. of Sikkim.
