Placement percentage of MTech from IIT Kanpur in CSE branch of 2019 was around 22% and it varies. Also you having it completed from IIT Kanpur don't need to worry much about placements. As most of the students from IIT Kanpur get placements easily but all you need is an decent CGPA with no backlogs.

During the year 2018-19 the average package for M. Tech students was 9.18 lpa. Placement for M. Tech CS closes at 54%

apart from IIT kanpur, IIT Kharagpur also serves good placement rates.
