The Training and Placement Cell organises the placement procedure for the students. Training sessions on personality development and communication skills are also conducted for students to help them prepare better for the overall recruitment process. The primary objective of the cell is to meet the career needs of students. BIT Patna placements is managed by the T&P cell of the institute.
