Dear Jatin, 

After verification and choosing options, the authority will take time to allot seats and display the merit list. This list will give the information about the college secured. 

Hence after this if you secure seat in IIT Delhi you have to report to the college with in the scheduled dates and pay the fees to block admission in the institution. Later the process of submitting certificates etc will go on.
