Yes,

As per previous year's cutoff your son have chances to get medical seat in all India as you belong to SC category.But we can't tell exactly because cut off mark changes every year it's not be same always.Soo all the best for your son.

Hi , as per the marks mentioned and category I would like to tell you that your son's marks are a bit low to get a seat in government college under state quota and all india level too as cutoff generally goes higher of all India as compared to that of state level.your ward can go for private or deemed colleges to be on safer side .
