Hey dear Jadavpur university is one of top university in WB and it has great reputation for placements ,staff and exposure. As far as power engineering is concerned it’s good branch but has not sharp scope as Mechanical Engineering or IT or Cse anyday

So I would suggest you to think again before going for a stream that isnt much into bloom probably not good in India as far as other countries is concerned it’s pretty good specially Israel and Russia
