The stipend for Post graduate medical students is different in different colleges. For Example, in BMCRI the stipend is around Rs. 30000 in first year and increases upto 40,000 in final year. Again in ESIC Medical college and PGIMSR, the stipend provided to its students is high, almost Rs. 72,000. In Deemed medical colleges the stipend is comparatively less, around Rs. 30,000.
