For sure. The fee structure for every student is the same in IPU whether he is from Delhi or outside. It only differs for NRI and foreign.  For B.Tech biotechnology, every year fees is around Rupees 12,000/- . So for four years it will be approximately Rupees 60,000/-.  It may differ a bit from college to college a bit. I hope you got the answer you needed.
