What marks one should score to get onto any IIT's or niit?

Hello,
You have to score at least 75% in 12th board exams or to be in top 20 percentile of your respective board.
For NITs your marks in jee mains need to have around 150 marks.For top NITs you should try to get at least 200 marks in jee mains.Below is the cutoff of top NITs:

For IITs,you have to score atleast 50-55% marks of the total marks in jee advanced to get IITs as total marks varies every year.For cutoff related details you can visit the below given link:
