I believe you are talking about Indian School of Mining (ISM), Dhanbad, here. The CAT cutoff for the institute is usually high ranging between 80-85 percentile. The cutoff keeps changing every year. So, it may go up or down depending on the difficulty level of the CAT 2018 exam. Once you meet the cutoff of the institute, you will be called for the selection rounds which may include GD and PI. For the final selection, your past academic scores (10th, 12th, and graduation) and work experience may also come under consideration.
