Hello,

A s per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, the rank through which you can get admission in your preffered college for specified above course will depend on different cut off accepted by different collegr.

If you don't clear the cut off then  In accoradnce to last year NEET PG Counselling results, you can get a PG seat in General Medicine and Paediatrics only at private institutions like SRM Chennai, SBKS Vadodara etc through Management Quota provided you are from general category and do not have any extra quotas like that of internal PG.

For DNB, there is more of a chance of getting family Medicine other than General. The chances for Paediatrics are also low. However, you can try this College predictor service from careers360 to better know which college you may be offered at your rank.
