What scholarship meant to those students whose parents are either deceased or unemployed in du pls explain the whole system of scholarship?

Hey!

The University of Delhi is considering full scholarship for students whose both parents are deceased/unemployed. For students whose earning family member is deceased, half scholarship will be provided to cover the college fee.

This is according to University of Delhi guidelines issued on 30th May, 2019.

Pls Can u tell that how and where will we aplly for same... do we have to fill some form or what to mention about deceased parents
