it is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination so predicting cut off marks is quite difficult for Aiims and you are asking about neet 2021 cut off for AIIMS Delhi , so it is quite early to ask

Also,

cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc and AIIMS will  provide admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

But yes keeping these things in mind you should get 650 marks at least or more  in your neet 2021 examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to obc category
