The cut off varies college, category, branch wise as you have not mentioned the same in detail so generally it would be better to get rank under 20k as this would be the safest score to get admission in decent college under WBJEE.

If you have twf certificate, then you are eligible for it. Look you should target for at least 60 mrks,, then you will be safe. & chemistry part Thora dhyan do,, chemistry bohot easy Ata hein wbjee Mein..

You won't get college through your TFW rank. If you want JU, then you need to have a rank below 1000, and for that your score should be around 120+
