What should be the min. marks to get mechanical seat in NIT Rourkela if you're an OBC candidate?

For jee mains 2019 the results are officially released by National testing agency NTA. The nit colleges  cutoff depends on which rank you got not on marks.
As per previous years ranking  the opening rank for O-BC  starts from 2129.
