Dear Aspirant,

It is quite hard to predict the exact rank for the admission situation as it depends on a lot of factors like the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

There are about 1300 seats reserved for IAT Candidates and about 10 percent of the seats are reserved for EWS candidates.

So, there 130 seats for EWS candidates. Going by this trend

1. You'll definitely get into IISERs if your category rank is below 130

2. You have a really good chance If your category rank is below 250

3. You have a decent chance if your category rank is below 500

4. You have a small chance of your category rank is below 1000

IISERs don't release any official cutoff details hence these are based on previous year data given by students and the the experience.
