If your main concern is related to fees you should go for IET College as it is government college and fee structure is less as compare to Thapar.

As per the ratings IET college has AAA+ rating which means good.

If we compare the colleges than thapar is better college as it provides excellent placements but the fee structure is high so, you can go for IET it is also good college and provides good placements.
