Both the institutions are equally good the main difference between them is that NIT is a premier institute all over India, PEC is also a nice institute but it's only well known in Punjab. NIT Nagpur is not a top-ranked NIT. The fee structure of both colleges is not very different. So, I think NIT should be a better option because of its name and reputation.
