Hello aspirant,

If  you want to pursue mba degree then get atleast 2 years of experience because many top MBA colleges asking for job experience of 1-2 years.

But if you want to go for government exam preparation then without any job experience you can go for it.

But take atleast 1 years of experience in your field is always good for future.Suppose after spending 2-3 years for government exam you cannot clear the exam  then you will search for the job. That time  you will have minimum 1 year of job experience which will very helpful for you.

Hope this helps you

All the best
