There is no reason to be depressed. If you think that you have the ability to perform better and you have the resources to study next year, then go for another year drop. If you think, you can't take a drop, then go for private colleges that offer CSE without admission tests. If you want to do CSE in future, then there is no reason to study a core branch for four years and waste your time. Also, consider your interests well before deciding. Maybe CSE is not the only subject that you need to do to get a job, there are a lot of fields with a lot of job opportunities.
Hello Abhi, this is surely a hard time for you. I will suggest you that if you have that much believe in yourself that you can score that much that you can change your department then go for the college. Because if in future you were not able to score the required amount you will get stuck in that branch for ever. Otherwise drop is alway an option.
