Getting a package of 6 lakh after graduation is good enough.If the company is good and you are satisfied with that .It is better option to start your First job.But if you are interested in masters and want to get a high paid salary job then do MBA .You can have a high package of 12-24 lakh in IIM's and also a faster growth.

And there is otherway around start your Job and have experience for 1 or 2 years.Write the CAT exam ,you can easily crack that exam and job experience will be an added benefit to get seat in top IIM.Then you can also get a high paid salary job.
