Around 70% of the students get placed through the campus placement drives. The average package of computer science engineering in NIT Manipur is about 4 to 5.5 lacs per annum. The highest package vary each year. The average highest package is about 10 to 12 lpa. In 2017 the highest package was 14 lacs. In 2018 highest package was about 17.5 lpa in BPCL.
