What will happen when I can not get any college in 2nd roundor3rd round after upgradation ?am I able to take1st round allotted seat in wbjee

No you cannot take any college from First round counselling.

Onky in special acae if its still available in last round only then you cn take.

It all depends on availability of speciifc branch.

It may happen that you may not get your preference as the branch seat may be allotted to other eligible candidates.
