Its absolutely ok if you have not been alloted any seat in wbjee 1st round. You need to wait for the second round results to be announced. Untill and unless you have been alloted a seat , you cant opt for upgradation. Hence wait for the second round results and the you report to the corresponding reporting centre for upgradation or freezing your seat.
